Director of Food & Beverage, Carmen Giles recently received recognition for training over 100 people in the TIPS program.

The employees of the SMG Sioux Falls Arena and Orpheum Theater would like to congratulate La'Toria Horan for being chosen January Employee of the Month. 

La'Toria works in the Usher/Ticket Taker department.  She has adapted really well to this new position since she was hired in the fall.  She is well liked by co-workers and patrons.  She asks questions when in doubt and is always willing to pitch in and help co-workers.  La'Toria is a great asset to our team.  For being chosen Employee of the Month, La'Toria will receive a gift certificate and a parking spot it he employee parking lot for the next month.

Sioux Falls Arena's Director of Food and Beverage, Carmen Giles received a Certificate of Appreciation from the National Guard for showing support to our employees who are members of the National Guard.

Dan does his job very well and is well liked by the patrons and his coworkers.  He is requested by the sports teams to guard the officials locker rooms.  He is also a valuable asset to our team members who work in the pit.  Congratulations Dan!

Suzie works in the Food & Beverage department.  Suzie has worked every position in the Food & Beverage department.  She is never afraid to jump in and make things better!!  She recently became a Supervisor for us after waitressing for many years.  She is a work horse and very talented at everything she does.  Thanks so much for being such a great employee Suzie - keep up the great work!
